Other things I remember about that year...
I was finishing up my sophomore year of high school and started my junior year.
I was going to Adlai Stevenson High School in Libertyville, IL.
I turned 16 in August and got my drivers licence.
I also got to turn in my ugly thick glasses for contacts. No one recognized me at the beginning of the new school year!
